P A Y M E N T
  • Here at One Mama One Shed I happily accept payment via Shopify and PayPal. Please note: You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
  • Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
S H I P P I N G
  • Your purchase will come presented in a sealed paper bag with a business card enclosed. It will then be packaged in a jiffy bag to ensure safety during travel.
  • If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a business card), in the note to seller area.
  • All UK parcels are posted using Royal Mail First Class. Please note: Packages can be held up along the way occasionally which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you, particularly during busy periods such as the festive season. Mail is not considered lost until 25 business days have passed. Please be patient if your item hasn't arrived within the 'estimated' time.
  • International item will be sent using Royal Mail Standard Airmail service to keep shipping costs as low as possible for customers. Delivery time will usually be 5-7 working days. Please note: International shipping times are based on the information provided by Royal Mail, they are estimated and parcels may take longer. One Mama One Shed can take no responsibility for parcels that take longer as this is out of my control. When shipping overseas, please be aware that customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. It does not happen often but it can happen. You will be liable for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery in accordance with your country's tax/import regulations. Returns will not be accepted due to you having to pay customs fees. Any dispute over delivery should be raised with Royal Mail.
  • If you would prefer to have your items tracked or to receive fast shipping there will be an additional charge (to be purchased at checkout).
  • I will always ship to the address given during checkout so please make sure you provide your current address.
R E F U N D S  &  E X C H A N G E S
  • In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Should you wish to get a refund you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once I receive your item, I will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it. 
  • Since we are a small independent business all postage for returns, exchanges and refunds are at the cost of the buyer - thanks for your support & understanding!
A P P E A R A N C E
  • All items are created from individually sourced vintage cutlery. Items may be more or less ornate than those photographed and may have some slight imperfections due to their previous life.
  • Each letter is individually handstamped, consequently the letters may not always be perfectly aligned but this adds to the charm and individuality.
  • Cutlery may tarnish and the lettering may fade over time but the stamping impression will always remain.
  • Please do NOT wash your items in a dishwasher, a gentle rinse under warm water is best.
